Agencia Tour Operadora Medellin Have All (hereinafter “the Agency” or “We”) values its users and is committed to protecting their privacy.

To fulfill this commitment, the Agency has developed this privacy policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) which describes the Agency’s practices with respect to collection, use, retention and disclosure of collected personal information.

This Policy was developed in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law in Colombia, Law No1581/2012, Decree N° 1377/2013 and its complementary rules (hereinafter, “LPDP”). When you use the services of the Agency, either to carry out searches, register to receive offers and news or contract any service through any of its sales channels -face-to-face, call center, website (hereinafter, the “Website”) or mobile phone and tablet application (hereinafter, the “Application”)-we trust information.

This Privacy Policy is intended to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it. You, as the user of it, accept the practices detailed below, so we recommend that you read carefully the information we will provide.

What information do we collect? The Agency receives and stores a) Information you provide, b) information obtained from third parties c) public information, and d) information that our systems collect as described below:

Information you provide to us: In order to make a tourist booking with the Agency, you must provide us with certain personal information (hereinafter “Personal Information”) including name and surname, document number or valid identification, Nationality, tax identification key, and physical contact information (such as telephone number, home address or email address).

In order to make a tourist reservation, you must also provide us with your debit or credit card information (such as the credit card number, security code, name of the cardholder and expiration date).

At its sole discretion, the Agency may confirm the Personal Information provided by contacting public entities, specialized companies or risk centers, for which you expressly authorize us. Information obtained by the Agency from these entities shall be treated as confidential.

You may always choose not to give us information, but in general some information about you is required to buy or make transactions with the Agency.

If you choose not to give us certain information, you may not be able to contract with us.
